According to the World Bank report 2010, there is a need fro more and better investment in agriculture to reduce poverty, increase economic growth and promote environmental sustainability in the light of one billion people going to bed hungry each night.
With this in mind GRD has ventured into agri business by taking up large scale agriculture land in Africa to implement the concept of "From Farm to Fork".
Under this initiative GRD intends to develop an integrated model farm along with food processing park.
GRD has identified Guinea in West Africa and Uganda in East Africa to develop its model "AFRESH" farm and food park.
